Orders

Orders will be processed once payment has been made into the provided bank account / payment has been made by credit card.

Delivery / shipping fees

Orders will be delivered to you by either Australian Air Express or Fastway Couriers throughout Australia.
Deliveries incur a flat fee of $15 for orders (up to four sets of poles) and $30 for orders of more than four sets.
Orders of values less than $50 (eg. replacement parts, posters, DVD) incur a $6 delivery fee.

Exchange & return policy

Exchanges & returns may be arranged and incur $30 administration fee plus any delivery fees.

  - direct credit transaction into the bank account provided on the invoice sent to your email account

  - credit card, using the my nordicsports online shop
